Hazardous gases can not be disposed of in atmosphere . hence Flare system is required.
Panels for the flare is available in IIA/IIB or IIC Area.
Manual pilot ignition panels are used for small applciaitons. Here pilot on/off status is provided and ignition is done manually.

However for complec processes automatic pilot monitoring panels are provided. Here in auto mode, all the pilots are in sequence selected for ignition. First fuel and sir is mixed. Than ignition is done. There after time is provided for flame to travel uptill flare tip. In case feedback from thermocouple is received, the subsequent pilot is taken for ignitions. Panels are provided for max 7 pilots. All the pilots attempted for lightup for maximum 3 attempts. In case pilot not lighted up even after 3 attempts, system will go in the lockout mode. This panels are provided with relay based and PLC Based controls.

Same are used in Oil & Gas sector and are supplied in India and abroad.
